Securon is a website security and performance scanning service that provides:
- Automated security vulnerability scanning
- Performance and speed analysis
- Platform and technology detection
- DNS and server information analysis
- Security recommendations and reports
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
- Maintain the security of your password
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
3.2 Account Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
4.1 Plan Types
- Guest: 3 scans per day, limited features
- Free: 5 scans per day, basic features
- Pro: 50 scans per day, advanced features (paid)
- Enterprise: Unlimited scans, all features (paid)
4.2 Billing
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- Payment is due immediately upon subscription
- We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe)
- All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
4.3 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime through your account settings.
4.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. New prices apply to renewals after the notice period.
4.5 Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not provided. However, we may offer refunds at our discretion for:
- Service outages lasting more than 48 hours
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Cancellations within 7 days of initial subscription
5. Acceptable Use Policy
5.1 Permitted Use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to scan only:
- Websites you own or have explicit permission to scan
- Publicly accessible websites for legitimate security research
- Websites where scanning is not prohibited by terms of service
5.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
- Malicious Scanning: Use the Service to attack, harm, or disrupt websites
- Unauthorized Access: Scan websites without permission
- Data Harvesting: Extract data for competitive or commercial purposes
- Service Abuse: Overload or attempt to bypass rate limits
- Illegal Activity: Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Reselling: Resell or redistribute scan results without authorization
- Reverse Engineering: Attempt to reverse engineer our scanning technology
- False Information: Provide false or misleading information
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 Our Intellectual Property
The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Securon and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of URLs you submit and scan results generated. By using the Service, you grant us a license to:
- Store and process your scan data
- Display scan results to you
- Use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement
6.3 Trademarks
Securon and associated logos are trademarks. You may not use our trademarks without written permission.
7. Disclaimers and Limitations
7.1 Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Technical difficulties
- Third-party service outages
- Force majeure events
7.2 Accuracy of Results
Scan results are provided for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees about:
- Completeness of security vulnerability detection
- Accuracy of performance metrics
- Detection of all security issues
7.3 No Warranty
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SECURON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages resulting from use or inability to use the Service
- Damages from security breaches or vulnerabilities
- Third-party actions or content
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Securon and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Your misuse of the Service
- Your violation of applicable laws or regulations
10. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.1 Data Retention
We retain scan results and account data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
10.2 Data Security
While we implement security measures to protect your data, no system is completely secure. You acknowledge the inherent risks of Internet transmission.

If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, except where prohibited by law.

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings.
15. Governing Law
